How to take advantage of our special 3 month offer.
Easy! Order by credit card online or simply fill out the top portion of the Printable Order Form and check the "Special Offer" box. Send a check or money order for $15.00 ($18.00 for shipment to Canada) or use your credit card (bottom of form) and we'll do the rest. We will send you a continuation form in your third mailing. If you wish to continue your membership, just send back the form with a check, money order or credit card info for the remainder of your subscription by the date noted on your form. Your membership will then continue without interruption.
